ABOUT US
3 Twenty 3 builders is a state certified general contracting company based in south Florida. Contracting many projects locally, thru out the entire state, and from time to time different areas of the country. The President, Butch Konover who for his first 12 years in the industry starting at age 21 founded “American Tile & Painting inc.” a successful licensed certified residential, commercial, and industrial, flooring and painting company. While gaining experience and knowledge in general construction and interior finishes over those 12 years, Butch sold American Tile & Painting in 1997 and began carrying out all aspects of general contracting thru successfully completing a variety of construction projects such as restaurants, hotels, banks, retail and office space, and high end residential remodeling.
OUR VISION
Our goal to a successful project is communicating and being proactive prior to the project starting. We do our best to make sure you the client understand all of the functions and expectations of the materials and design chosen for the project, and we are here to help advise with time or cost concerns as needed. At 3 Twenty 3 you will find us not to necessarily be the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we will fair market value your estimate from the beginning, we don’t participate in the “bait and switch” game. 3 Twenty 3 is comprised mostly of repeat negotiated clientele who prefer the added level of knowing we use qualified sub contractors, supervision, and care about the project.
